From Soil to Soul

At 1,500 feet above sea level, Liamuiga Natural Farms is a privileged place—a few priceless acres of fertile farmland surrounded on all sides by federally protected rainforest. The land is protected in a different way here—cultivated by dedicated farmers who grow what’s local, and little else.

Vegetable broth is simmered in yabba pots with noodles and carrots, herbs and spices, sweet yams and green bananas. Everything tastes better when you know it was grown just a few feet away.

Everything at the farm is completely natural. Farm-fresh food is served on banana leaf plates, and eaten with calabash spoons. Nothing is wasted. Everything is cherished.
