01 First Stop

Wingfield Estate

Arrive at the steps of the Caribbean’s oldest rum distillery, where you’ll be introduced to the history of Old Road Rum. Next, embark on a technical journey through the details of rum production methods and flavor profiles. A walking tour of the estate follows, and concludes the experience with an opportunity to label your own bottle of rum.

02 Second Stop

Spice Mill

Home of Hibiscus Spirits, your final destination is lively and warm. Here, you’ll learn how to craft spiced rum through various methodologies as you listen to tales of the island’s past. Savor every note and nuance of the spirits’ natural infusions—most notably the Roselle Hibiscus calyx, grown locally and handpicked just for Hibiscus Spirits.
